How do I give Cardkive as a gift?
Outside of purchasing Cardkive from a loved ones registry on The Knot, You can also choose the wedding box, or any other Cardkive box, directly from our Gift Page
Click the "Order Now" button, then check the box at the top to mark your order as a gift. You can even include a personal note! Choose to send the box directly to the recipient, or have it sent to yourself If you prefer to give Iit in person. For last-minute gifting, purchase a Cardkive box from our Amazon Storefront to get 2-Day shipping.
How do I upload wedding photos to add to my book?
If you purchased the Wedding Box or Photo Add-on, you may upload up to 20 digital photos in your book. After you receive the email link to your book preview, go to the book editor and click "all pages" to see all the images. Hover over the space where you would like to add a photo and you will see a plus sign. Click the plus sign. Here you can upload and add the photos directly from your phone or computer into your book. Once your photos are added, you can drag and drop them to arrange their position within the book.
I'm outside of the U.S. - do you offer the Cardkive box service internationally?
Our box service is available in the United States, Canada (visit Canada site here), and the U.K. (visit U.K. site here).
If you are located somewhere other than the U.S., Canada, or U.K., we do have an international Cardkive service where you can send us up to 60 cards using your own box/envelope (you can send more if you buy two orders). While we do not ship our boxes outside of U.S./Canada/UK, we can ship your finished book anywhere in the world.
